What is Access Bars®?
The Bars® are the first and fundamental process of Access Consciousness that was channelled to Gary Douglas, the founder of Access Consciousness, in the 90’s. When we “run the bars”, that are 32 points on the head, energy behind limiting beliefs, thoughts, ideas and decisions starts to dissipate. In this one day class you will learn this easy but powerful process, as well as get introduced to some of the access tools that you can use in your everyday life, to clear out old patterns as well as open yourself to more possibilities and to the magical you! At the end of the class you become a certified practitioner who can work on clients when you feel ready. The other awesome part of this is that you can swap with the other people in the class to be able to get your bars run as many times as you wish!

Lightly touch the bars-points and you begin to clear away what’s locked up that keeps you from believing you can have the life you’ve always known is possible. Yes, it’s that easy! This class is much more than learning a new energetic modality. In addition to exploring the manual and the hand positions for the 32 bars-points, you’ll be invited to the change that you know can be, and is, possible!
During the class you will
- Learn the basic Access tools from a licensed Access Bars Facilitator.
- Receive two full Access Bars sessions.
- Gift two full Access Bars sessions.
- View an instructional video where founder Gary Douglas and co-creator Dain Heer demonstrate the technique.
- Get a comprehensive manual and head charts.
After the class you will be certified as a licensed Access Bars® practitioner.

Sunna Friðjónsdóttir Facilitator
Sunna Friðjónsdóttir has worked and played with Access Bars since 2019, when she attended her first Access Bars class. She has ever since swapped sessions with friends, offered sessions, and facilitated classes in Iceland, spreading the joy and the ease of the bars and the energy tools. Nobody should live with anxiety or any kind of heaviness!
